Please note, the Support Plans apply only to your MIP Fund Accounting system. Support plan subscriptions are on an annual basis, from January through December. The term will be prorated for a mid-year start.

The Software Simplified Support Plan is not in lieu of regular staff training nor a replacement for the technical support provided by the publisher, Abila by Community Brands. The Software Simplified Support Plan differentiates itself from MIP’s support in that we know your organization, the structure of your MIP database, and your processes.
